What is No Sale, No Fee?

When chosing an agent to sell your property you will have to consider not only what the fees might be, but how they are going to be charged.

There is the option of paying a lower upfront fee, probably to an online agent with no local office, this is most likely non refundable even if they are unable to find a buyer, and will also often not include things like accompanied viewings or sales chasing, so the eventual bill can be much higher.

At Compass Elevation we work differently to this, our ‘No Sale No Fee’ agreement means that we only charge our fully inclusive fee once your property sale is completed, this not only means you can use the sale proceeds to pay our fee, but also that we are fully motivated to find a buyer and progress the sale as quickly as possible.
